All sales are final, and no refunds will be given. We encourage you to schedule your classes promptly and manage your attendance to make the most of your purchase.
2. Class Packages Expiration
- Expiration Period: All Pilates class packages expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
- Unused Classes: Any unused classes remaining in a package after the 6-month period will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to reschedule a class:
- Notice Required: Please provide as much notice as possible.
- Policy: Rescheduling may be subject to availability.
While we do our best to accommodate schedule changes, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the class session from your package.
